4 »MUST HAVE« THINGS IN YOUR LUXURY HOUSE

We all have dreams and desires. Some of us want to have a big family, others want to travel, and some like to party every day. But there is one universal thing that 90% of us dreamed of when we were young adults, planning our future. We all wanted that dream luxury house which we saw on the television.

Spacious bathroom, gym, a tennis court behind the house and a garage full of top notch cars. These are just a few examples of a luxury house.

But what are the top 4? The Crème de la Crème of luxury items? Well, we researched and made a list of a top 4 things that every luxury house should have.

1. A »ginormous« bathroom

This is a no-brainer. We spent more than 1,5 years in the bathroom during our lifetime. So why not enjoy it right?

Besides a huge jacuzzi will never be a bad investment. Just remember the long and hard days at work where you would kill for a relaxing massage and a moment of silence. And then you remember your jacuzzi which is waiting for you in your luxury house. The hours fly by and in no time you are in your bathroom relaxing with champagne.

Finish everything up with a pleasant sauna and pristine shower and your bathroom will become a place, where you will gladly spend 1,5 years.

2. A spacious backyard

Well, it is not a thing in your house but rather an add-on. Nevertheless, a spacious yard made a top 4 because of one reason. Freedom!

A big backyard gives you lots of options and freedom to do what you want. You can have a garden with colorful flowers. Or you can plant your orchard with apples, pears, peaches, etc. The options are yours only. Nobody can limit you in your endeavors and adventures in your backyard.

Furthermore, it is the ideal place for raising a family. A lot of space means a lot of fun. You can hang out with your kids playing football, planting trees, or organizing BBQs for the whole family. It is the ultimate freedom and a must thing for your luxury house.

3. A home theatre

We love movies and movie stars. And we like to see them on the BIG screens. And you cant get any bigger than with your home theatre. Of course, we wrap everything up with a pair of comfy seats and your popcorn maker. It doesn't get any better than that!

4. A pool

It is a bit of a cliche. However, it is a fantastic one. A luxury house is in not luxury if it doesn't have a pool.

Imagine, you have five bathrooms, three living rooms, a tennis court and even your helipad. But then no pool. Quite a downer right? It's like having a luxury car with 50 horsepower. It is not complete, and there is no vibe.

And If you don't believe us, ask yourself. What would you rather have? A house with five bathrooms without a pool, or a house with one bathroom and a giant pool in front of the house. We think the answer is obvious!
