We are excited to announce the construction of two new apartment blocks in Škofja Loka, which will offer a total of 60 modern apartments. They are located in a quiet location on Partizanska Street, just a step away from the town centre, where you will have access to all the necessary services such as schools, shops and medical facilities.

The apartments will be varied and adapted to different needs, ranging in size from around 50 m² to 102 m². All apartments will be furnished with high-quality and sustainable materials, ensuring a comfortable and energy-efficient living environment. Completion is expected in the coming years, subject to obtaining all necessary permits. The apartments are estimated to cost approximately € 3,500/m² net.
