Visit of the Bologna Arte Fiera 2025
Published on 14 february 2025Last weekend, from 7 to 9 February 2025, the Arte Fiera art fair took place in Bologna. The fair has been held 51 times, making it the longest-running art fair in Italy. The Stoja Art Collection team attended the event and recognised several works by artists from their own collection.
Arte Fiera has again this year traditionally organised a multi-category exhibition. The central space, divided first into past and contemporary art, this year also consisted of Photography and Moving Images, Pittura XI, Mul-tiples and Prospettiva sections, allocated to emerging young artists represented by established galleries.
The Stoja Art Collection Gallery team impressed with their first visit to the 2025 fair. Amongst a range of new and old masters, the blue-chip artists the gallery collects for our visitors included Ross Bleckner, Lucio Fontana and Uruguayan sculptor Pablo Atchugarry. Peter Halley's geometric canvases and Tony Cragg's abstract sculptures also stood out. You can find some of our highlights in the image gallery below.
