Why would anyone choose a quiet corner in the middle of nature? Why would you want to live in a modern home where time slows down? Devana Park II has everything you really don't need - a "tranquil space" where nature literally forces its way in through the windows and doors.

Who wants fresh air every morning?

But isn't it better to live where you are always accompanied by the noisy sounds of the city?

If you like to be woken up by a nasty siren, then Devana Park II is unfortunately not for you. Here, you'll be doomed to the peaceful morning sounds of birds and a pleasant light breeze. Really annoying!

Being so close to nature means you can say goodbye to the concrete of the city and maybe even to the beautiful traffic jams. No real city atmosphere, just those green things lurking on all sides.

No more rushing around and chasing time. If that's not boring? Who wants to be at home and have time to spend with their loved ones without interruptions?

Probably this time could be better spent wasting in the city centre or hopelessly looking for a parking space...

All that modern stuff and a feeling of warmth ... It's too cosy. Who needs a modern aesthetic when you could live somewhere where things are already slowly falling apart? Devana Park II is scarily tidy and clean - well, thank you very much, it's too nice for my taste!

Why take this last chance to buy? The apartments are selling fast, which is more than an obvious sign that everyone wants to get away from this place, isn't it?

So if you want to live in the chaos, noise, hustle and bustle of the city and fight for every second in the morning, then you won't be interested in Devana Park II.
