The police has intercepted during the night over 100 people attempting enter Slovenia illegally from Croatia.
Meanwhile, Croatia refuses to take back some 150 refugees who tried to enter Slovenia last night on a Zürich-bound train, the STA learnt from the police.
The latter group has been taken to the reception facility in Postojna and additional procedures have been launched to return the group to Croatia, according to the General Police Administration.
Railway traffic between Zagreb and Ljubljana remains suspended at least until 6 PM today, according to railway operator Slovenske železnice.
During the night a total of 104 people tried to enter the country across fields and forests in several small groups in the area of the Obrežje bosder crossing, according to the General Police Administration.
They were taken to the Brežice police station and are being processed for return to Croatia, Alenka Drenik of the Novo mesto Police Administration told the STA.
Slovenia has said repeatedly that it would return to Croatia and Hungary all persons who will not request for asylum.
Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanović has meanwhile said that the migrants arriving in Croatia would be sent on to Slovenia and Hungary as the closest Schengen Zone countries.
