Ljubljana's BTC Hosting Major Tourism Promotion Event
Published on 8 may 2015The two-day event hosted by the BTC shopping district will feature meetings between tourism organisations and tour operators that will look for new partnerships and connections, the SPIRIT tourism and investment promotion agency said.
The 18th Slovenia Incoming Workshop is expected to feature 144 foreign guests from 107 companies from 30 countries. There will be more than 60 first-timers coming from new target markets, such as New Zealand.
Slovenia will meanwhile be represented by 194 participants from 134 companies, according to SPIRIT, the organisers of the event.
Foreign participants will be given five study tours to be acquainted with Slovenian tourist destinations, including Ljubljana, natural spas, the countryside and natural wonders.
