Slovenia opens consulate in Norway Slovenia has opened a consulate in Oslo which is to be led by honorary consul Knut Ore. The opening ceremony on Tuesday was attended by several distinguished guests, among them Foreign Ministry State Secretary Darja Bavdaž Kuret, her counterpart Tore Hattrem and Slovenian Ambassador to Norway Tone Kajzer, the Foreign Ministry said.
