NKBM Bank Sold to US Buyout Fund Apollo and EBRD

The Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) confirmed the sale of Slovenia's second-largest bank, NKBM, to US buyout fund Apollo Global Management and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on Tuesday.
