The value assessment is made by an authorised value assessor of real estate, who has obtained the permission of the Slovenian Institute of Audit. The valuations are manufactured in accordance with the applicable international assessment standards adopted by the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC).
The valuation process starts with a tour of the property, followed by market analysis and real estate documentation, preparation of value assessment and production of the final report.
