CAYMAN YACHTS UNIVEST D.O.O., KOPER;The Cayman Yachts brand name was established in 1990, within the Mochi Craft Company, as the brainchild of Luigi Prosperi who was, at that time, Chairman of the most famous shipyard in the whole of Italy. In 1996, after having left the Mochi Craft Company, Prosperi moved the Cayman brand, of which he remains sole owner, to the La Spezia headquarters in the new shipyard, using the brand to kick-start the fledgling Company, he was with the support of his son, Paolo, naval engineer by his nautical engineer son, Paolo, a factor that proved to be of fundamental importance for the shipyard in terms of developing a range of vessels that was to become the starting point for further development. Entrepreneurial success soon became evident due to the fact that the Company began to grow quickly and steadily.
Over the years, Cayman concentrated on the construction of vessels that were important, both in terms of size and equipment, thereby tenaciously following the path laid out by a man who has the necessary knowledge, thanks to his more than 40 years of experience in the field.
